Butterfly Anger Management Program

An 8 week anger management program that includes various strategies such as cognitive reframing to change negative thought patterns, communication skills to express anger constructively, relaxation techniques like deep breathing and meditation, and problem-solving skills to address underlying issues causing anger. We focus on channeling the energy of anger into positive actions and responses.

Butterfly Grief Program

An 8 week grief counseling program that provides support and guidance to individuals who are experiencing the emotional pain and distress associated with loss. The goal of our grief counseling sessions is to help individuals work through their grief in a healthy way, find meaning and acceptance in their loss, and ultimately, to rebuild their lives.

Life skill training

We offer resources to equip our butterflies with the tools and abilities needed to navigate various aspects of life effectively, ultimately helping them flourish in both personal and professional aspects of life. By providing communication skills training, time management strategies, and decision-making skills workshops. These workshops are aimed at fostering the success and flourishing of women through such practical and impactful training programs.
